Set up Crusader for Rainbow Six Siege: prepare your PC once, inject the cheat, and fix the most common errors.

Where do I download the Crusader loader?

The Lmarket email and order page give you the key, not the loader.

  1. Open your order on account.lmarket.net. Copy the Crusader key under License Keys, beside the product name. It is also in your order email.
  2. Download the Crusader R6S loader. The archive password is 123.
  3. Extract it into its own folder with an English name. Do not run it from inside the zip.
  4. Before running it, finish the PC setup below first (Defender off, Memory integrity off, runtimes and DirectX installed). Then right-click the extracted loader and choose Run as administrator. Paste the key into Serial Key and click Sign In. There is no website to redeem it on.

Requirements

DirectX 12 only.

Crusader only works with the DirectX 12 version of Rainbow Six Siege. Launch that version when the loader asks you to open the game.

Steps 1 to 3 are a one-time PC setup. After that, you only need the steps under Inject the cheat each time you play.

Set up your PC

Disable Windows Defender

Crusader requires Windows Defender to be turned off before injection.

  1. Download Defender Control (dControl): Defender Control
  2. Unzip it and open dControl.exe.
  3. Click to turn off Windows Defender.
  4. In Windows Security > Device security > Core isolation details, turn Memory integrity and Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist off, then restart your PC.

Install the Visual C++ runtimes

  1. Download the Visual C++ Runtimes All-in-One pack: Visual C++ Runtimes
  2. Extract it with WinRAR or 7-Zip.
  3. Open the extracted folder and run install_all as administrator. Accept every prompt; this can take a few minutes.

Install DirectX

  1. Download dxwebsetup.exe: DirectX Web Installer
  2. Run it and uncheck "Install Bing Bar" to avoid errors.
  3. Let it finish.

Inject the cheat

Download and extract the loader

Download and extract the loader using Where do I download the Crusader loader? above.

Sign in with your key

Run the extracted loader as administrator, paste your key into Serial Key, and click Sign In.

Start the injection

After a short load the R6S icon appears. Click Start Injection Process.

When the loader says "Please Open Rainbow Six Siege", launch the game (DirectX 12 version).

Open the menu

At the main menu, press Insert. Press it again at any time to open or close the menu, then use the tabs to turn features on or off.

Driver Initialization Error 1

How do I fix Crusader "Driver Init Error 1"?

Do each item in order, then restart. Keep Siege closed during these checks.

  1. Turn off Windows Defender using Defender Control. Its icon should be red, not orange. Uninstall any other antivirus.
  2. Open Windows Security > Device security > Core isolation details. Turn Memory integrity and Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist off. Check both switches.
  3. Open App & browser control > Exploit protection settings > System settings. Set Control flow guard (CFG) to Off by default.
  4. In App & browser control > Reputation-based protection settings, turn the protection switches off.
  5. Uninstall Riot Vanguard and FACEIT if installed.
  6. Restart the PC, then run the Crusader loader as administrator.
  7. If the error remains, click Get Support in the loader, choose 1, then 2, and restart again. If it still fails, tell Lmarket support which step failed and the exact error.

Cannot connect to server

Connect through a VPN such as Cloudflare WARP, then open the loader. You can turn the VPN off again before you start the game.

"Please open file properly"

Download the loader again and extract it into a new folder on your desktop. Don't run it from inside the zip.
