Why is my download blocked?
Use these steps for a loader downloaded from the official source in your product guide.
- In Chrome, press Ctrl+J, find the blocked file, and choose Keep or Keep anyway.
- If Windows SmartScreen blocks opening it, choose More info > Run anyway.
- On Windows 11, open Windows Security > App & browser control > Smart App Control settings and select Off, if it is enabled. On some Windows versions, turning it back on requires a Windows reset or reinstall; see Microsoft's Smart App Control FAQ.
- Open Virus & threat protection > Manage settings > Exclusions > Add or remove exclusions > Add an exclusion > Folder. Choose your Downloads folder. Defender will no longer scan that folder for threats. Only keep files from the official loader link; remove the exclusion when you are done.
- If the file was deleted, download it again from the official loader or instructions link in your product guide.
How to install Windows Defender Control
Some loaders require Windows Defender to be turned off. Turning off real-time protection in Windows Security is often not enough; Defender Control switches Defender off entirely.
- Download Defender Control.
- Unzip the file.
- Right-click Defender Control, choose Run as administrator, and turn Windows Defender off.
Turn Defender back on with the same tool when you are not using the cheat.
